What Makes Our Training Different?

Our training combines theory, reflection, and practical skill development. Accredited Mediation Training (MII Certified)

On completion of this course, participants will qualify to practise as Certified Mediators with the MII - Mediators Institute of Ireland. Running over 8 days, there are a maximum of eight participants to ensure a high level of individual attention (one trainer/coach per four participants) and combines theory, demonstration and extensive mentored skills practice, to ensure participants are fully prepared for professional mediation practice.

The programme equips participants with the knowledge, skills, self-awareness, and professional standards required to intervene constructively and mediate in situations of conflict across workplace, community, and organisational settings. It is suitable for leaders, managers, HR professionals, employees, and those wishing to specialise in conflict intervention and communication.

CINERGY™ Conflict Management Coach  - April 2026

Dealing with people who are experiencing conflict or difficult situations in work whether you are a coach, colleague, manager or relative, can present particular difficulties. They can suffer from emotional overwhelm, lose their sense of power and choice and have real difficulties in managing themselves and their situation.

This 4 day, intensive workshop, will allow you to coach clients on a one to one basis, immediately enhance your conflict management skills, and find better ways of dealing with conflict situations. It is suitable for conflict management with managers, employees and relationships.  

  • Learn the 7 stage CINERGY™ process

  • Develop an understanding of conflict dynamics and coaching principles

  • Leave the workshop with an ability to begin coaching clients straight away

  • Practice and experience the coaching process from point of view of coach, client and observer using real life examples.

Participants on the CINERGY™ Conflict Management Coaching workshop are often coaches, mediators, H.R. consultants, leaders, therapists and senior and line managers. Participants will develop coaching skills to develop communication, have challenging conversations and increase assertive. The course incorporates extensive, closely mentored skills practice, to ensure participants receive the best possible learning experience.

Restorative Practice Coach - June 2026

Mediators Institute of Ireland approved course (32 CPD points) - June 2026

For Mediators, Coaches, Leaders, Consultants, Managers and Organisation Development Consultants. This online, engaging and interactive programme, provides you with the information and skills to help people develop, repair and build relationships, where harm and hurt has occurred. Participants learn about the theory of restorative justice and practice, using skills and processes transferrable across many contexts. Participants will explore how restorative approaches will enhance the mediator’s toolkit and add to client’s options, to move past hurt, trauma and conflict. There is a strong focus on being trauma-informed and responsive in restorative work. 

  • Gain an overview of both national and international context for restorative practice and how it operates across different jurisdictions and contexts
